II Limited Liability Company
Printii Legal & Privacy
This page summarizes the policies that apply when you use Printii to generate 3D models from text or images, upload your own 3D content, request quotes, and purchase custom 3D printed products.
These policies are designed to cover privacy, user-generated content, order fulfillment, customer support, returns and cancellations, intellectual property complaints, and the practical limits of automated generation and physical manufacturing.
Privacy Policy
II Limited Liability Company, doing business as Printii, collects and uses information to operate the Service, generate or process 3D models, quote manufacturing, fulfill orders, and support customer accounts.
Information We Collect
- Account data such as email address, username, password hash, and session identifiers.
- Order and fulfillment data such as shipping details, billing profile details, order history, quote selections, and customer support messages.
- User Content including text prompts, uploaded images, uploaded 3D model files, generated 3D model outputs, previews, thumbnails, and related metadata.
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser or device information, app version, page activity, crash or error data, and checkout activity.
- Payment confirmations and limited billing information from payment processors. Printii does not store full payment card numbers.
How We Use Information
- To provide the Service, including model generation, quote preparation, manufacturing coordination, checkout, and shipping.
- To authenticate users, save billing profiles, store order history, and restore saved models.
- To detect fraud, abuse, prohibited content, chargeback risk, security incidents, and operational issues.
- To improve the Service, analytics, product reliability, and customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and respond to claims or safety issues.
How We Share Information
- With service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate Printii.
- With payment processors to complete transactions.
- With manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping partners so custom products can be produced and delivered.
- With third-party generation or automation providers when needed to process prompts, images, or model content for the requested Service.
- When required by law, court order, subpoena, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or investigate misuse.
Cookies, Tracking, Retention, and Rights
Printii uses cookies, session storage, local storage, and similar technologies to keep accounts signed in, preserve cart and checkout state, remember user preferences, and measure product usage. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, order fulfillment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain information, or to request additional details about how your information is used. Privacy requests may be sent to support@printii.ai.
California, Children, and Changes
Printii is intended to provide California-style notice of categories collected, purposes, and third-party disclosures. If a state law gives you additional privacy rights, we will process requests consistent with applicable law. Printii is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and publishing the updated version on this page.
Terms of Service and Terms of Sale
By creating an account, using Printii, generating a model, uploading content, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of Service
- Generate 3D models from text prompts and/or 2D images.
- Upload 3D model files for review, quoting, and production.
- Configure materials, finishes, colors, and dimensions for custom 3D printed products.
- Purchase production and shipping services through Printii checkout.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to form a binding contract to use Printii. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
User Content and Permissions
You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have all rights and permissions necessary to upload, generate, process, print, and sell any User Content you submit through Printii. You grant Printii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for technical processing, generate previews from, evaluate printability of, manufacture, and fulfill orders based on that content solely for operating the Service.
Prohibited Content and Orders
- You may not use Printii for unlawful, infringing, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited content or activity.
- We may refuse, pause, cancel, or remove any content, quote, or order that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, fraudulent, or operationally impractical.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these policies.
Generation and Manufacturing Disclaimers
Generative outputs are probabilistic and may not fully match a prompt, image, or intended design. On-screen previews are estimates only. Final printed parts may vary due to tolerances, materials, orientation, supports, finishing, shrinkage, and color variation.
You are responsible for reviewing dimensions, materials, configuration choices, and general suitability before placing an order.
Orders, Timing, and Changes
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Once production begins, orders may not be editable. Printii may cancel an order before shipment for fraud, policy, printability, vendor, or operational reasons. If we cancel before production or shipment, amounts paid for the canceled items will be refunded.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and printed goods are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printii will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printii’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or an order will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the order at issue or $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity and Changes
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Printii from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your orders, or your violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and updated terms apply prospectively to new orders and continued use of the Service after the updated effective date.
Returns and Cancellations
Printii products are generally made-to-order, so cancellations, changes, returns, and remedies depend on production status, the condition of the delivered item, and applicable law.
Cancellations and Changes
- Because production can begin quickly, the window to cancel or modify an order is often very short.
- If production has not started, we may allow a cancellation or modification in our discretion.
- Once production starts, cancellations and modifications are generally not possible and are not guaranteed.
- We do not guarantee that any cancellation or modification request will be successful.
Defects, Damage, and Support Requests
- Contact support@printii.ai within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives defective or damaged.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant.
- If we determine there is a qualifying defect or shipping issue, we may, at our discretion, offer a reprint, store credit, or refund.
Made-to-Order Items and Non-Returnable Orders
Because products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind requests, preference changes, or other non-defect reasons, except where required by law.
Inherent Variation and Eligibility Limits
Minor surface marks, visible layer lines, support-contact marks, slight dimensional differences within process tolerance, finish variation, color variation, and reasonable differences between previews and printed output do not, by themselves, qualify as defects. Items altered, post-processed, or used inconsistently with instructions may be ineligible for a remedy.
Shipping Delays
If we cannot ship within a timeframe we specifically promised, we will provide notice and, where required by law, offer options consistent with applicable rules, which may include waiting for the delayed shipment or canceling the unshipped portion of the order.
DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy
Printii respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
Copyright and Ownership
- You may only upload, generate, print, or order content that you own or are authorized to use.
- If we receive a good-faith infringement complaint, we may remove the content, pause an order, cancel an order, restrict account access, or request additional information.
- Repeat infringement or repeated policy violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Submitting a Notice
To report alleged copyright or other IP infringement, email support@printii.ai with the subject line “IP Notice” and include enough detail for us to identify the content, the claimed rights, the basis for the complaint, and how to reach you.
Counter Notice and Review
If you believe content was removed in error, you may respond with a counter statement that identifies the affected content and explains the basis for your position. Printii may request additional details before restoring content or proceeding with fulfillment.
Operational note: a formal DMCA agent registration may still be required for full U.S. safe-harbor positioning. This page provides the user-facing notice and complaint path inside the product.
