Account Deletion

This page provides a public, outside-the-app account deletion route for Printii users on web, iOS, and Android.

If you can still sign in, the fastest path is inside the app. If you cannot access the app, use the deletion request form on this page.

Delete Your Account in the App

If you still have access to Printii, delete your account directly in the product:

Sign in to your Printii account.
Open Account and go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Enter your current password to confirm deletion.

The in-app deletion flow immediately removes account access, signs you out, and cancels any Pro subscription attached to the account.

I confirm that I am requesting deletion of my Printii account or I am authorized to make this request for the account identified above. I understand that Printii may retain certain order, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal compliance records where required or permitted by law.

What Happens When an Account Is Deleted

Your Printii account access is disabled and your active session is signed out.
Your login email and username are removed from normal active-account use so the deleted account cannot be used to sign back in.
Order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, analytics, and legal compliance records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
If we need to verify the request before taking action, support may contact you using the email address you provided.
